OLD BUSINESS

1.    Organized Rides for LOH Members and Women Only

Suggestion for Tuesday night ride to Bike Night at Sylvan Beach. Ultimately open dates both week nights and weekends are extremely limited due to the Chapter’s current calendar of events and rides. Therefore, it was agreed that organized rides will be tabled until further notice.

2.  Membership Recruitment

Recommendation to set-up at various Bike Nights (Dave’s Diner, Sylvan Beach, etc.) for exposure and to distribute handouts.

Action Item:  Pat will contact Dave’s Diner to inquire if this is feasible.

3.  Safety Issue

If a cyclist is hurt and wearing a helmet, the helmet should not be removed but rather wait for an EMT to assess the injury and remove the helmet.

4.  First LOH Ride to Beadazzled Jewelry

Update given. Also see LOH forum.

5.  Breast Cancer Bracelet Raffle to Benefit PBTF

Ticket sales continue until July 13th, the night of the drawing. Sales have been sufficient to cover the cost of the bracelet.

Made and distributed to all members. New/replacement badges, contact Dyann.

7.  Membership List and Contact Information

Created and distributed to all members. For additional copies, contact Dyann.
